02 4Runner sr5 part out or repair

Sorry I haven't been around much lately guys. Life has been busy.

I need a new tool box and have decided to sell my 4runner. It's got about 225k mi, and a salvage title (it got t-boned by a prius at main mall, drove it for 3 years after)

It has the typical 4runner stuff, leaky rear diff housing, and a small hole in the frame by the muffler. Very little body rust, but the pass side rocker is toast. Aside from those things, it's mint.

Motor is solid, fired right up after sitting all winter. It needs an alternator, and one will be included, just not installed.

I've been offered $1100 by a scrap buyer, but figured I'd see if there was any interest here. I have it listed on Craigslist for 1200, but if you make a reasonable offer, I would consider it to keep it in the community.
