    Default My fullsize build

Well, Here's my fullsize build that I've been working on for the last three years. I'm new to the western NH area and I'm excited to be a part of the ENH community now! After having been wheeling in the Western Mass and Southern NH area for a while I'm looking forward to doing some trail runs up here in the near future!

The license plate "CRAWLER" was available?? Wow, maybe I should put in for "JEEP." PS - watch people's reactions on the trails (not ENHers, abutting landowners) to you change now that you have NH plates!

haha I was shocked it was available! I'm sure that the plates will help alot, I have noticed a bit of judging based on my mass plates, no surprise, just a bunch of m*******s on the trail....

I took the new setup out on the trail last saturday and I couldn't have been happier. I can say that I'm excited that the massive radiator upgrade finally works as it should!

Not yet! I'm enjoying taking the route less traveled with the IFS at the moment. I can see the benefits to the solid axle swap, but for now I'm just hanging out doing something different. Plus, If i'm going to do a SAS on this truck it'd have to be coil sprung, or air shocks. And that's not in the time or money budget at the moment >.<

I have seen cda's ifs do things that I have never seen ifs do before! He has also driven over some things that a solid axle may have had an issue with :-)

So I'm slowly attempting to get my truck ready for the inspection game. I started the adventure by attempting to make fender flares so I don't have to find new tires and wheels just for inspection, I'm pretty excited that I didn't spend $600+ on fender flares.

I'm hoping these things that I've made up will count as fender flares. They look like they're going to work quite well. And I paid less that $20 for all four! hahaha Win.

In other news, my legit NH tags came in today and yesterday, That is very exciting news.

You might get by with those fenders, "(a) A vehicle shall be rejected if the width of any tire or wheel assembly extends beyond the original manufacturer's specified fender lines, except in the case of passenger vehicles where the fender line has been extended by using metal, rigid fiberglass, or rigid rubber wheel-well extensions."

Yeah, that's what I was hoping, They're pretty solid and extend well past the tire. So we'll see.
