In the military & FAA I have to go through refresher training (way too often for some stuff) and it's not a bad idea for folks to get "re-blue'd"

Is the intention to educate leaders for upcoming runs or everyone involved in the run?

I have interest in this, as I have never attended a run. Very good idea.

Yeah, don't worry about not knowing how to be on a run. For the last several years we've had newbie runs once a month, starting in the early summer.

I drive one every day now :p
Traction, articulation, and gearing make a good off-road rig. Just a big lift, wide mud tires, and a winch simply do not ;)
