Heard about the site from Mach2NH and kenney180. We met them out on a trail in Weare a couple weeks ago. Thanks again guys for helping us out. Been browsing the site a couple times but I'm finally picking up a rig of my own tomorrow, so I figured I'd join.

Also I work with stuntmanmike and xjmatt... they've been trying to get me to join. Mike gave me the nickname Mr Bigshot... I dunno why. lol

Here's what I'm picking up tomorrow. 1993 Bronco with a freshly rebuilt 351. Sitting on 35"s right now but they're pretty bald. I'm gonna get a set of 33"s to run in the meantime but I'll keep browsing the classifieds for another set of 35"s just to get it up that much higher.

Hey all, I just wanted to drop by and show some bits and peices. Things have been really busy, makin alot of stuff and wheeling a little haha. My very small fab company is at a crawl but it is moving, just trying to sort out the legal whatnot. But enough of that.. I see alot of quarter panel damage from the tight trials we encounter here in New England, so i came up with these sliders to the push the quarters and the windows away from the trees and rocks.

They run about $100 bucks a pair, The ones you see have counter sunk holes and are nut and bolted right through the panel. The slider itself is 3'' wide, 34'' long and 1/4'' thick, and the tube is 1 3/4'' round .120 wall. I can make them with countersunk holes, regular holes for the rivets..Or no holes at all you can do whatever you want. I can ship these for pretty cheap so just let me know if your interested. Thanks for looking!!

P.S. Full quarter panel armor comng soon!

I decided to knock out a couple of the unexplored roads on the MappingNH maps in areas that I would be in anyway. These are areas that I am all over on an almost weekly basis. I thought I knew the area pretty well and that they would be boring dirt roads, or paved over and developed.

I was wrong. Some of these were very picturesque trails. Nothing of any great challenge, but fun to explore, and good sights to see including this awesome swamp the road went along side. I don't know if there will be moose in the fall but it looks like where we used to find moose up in Maine. I'll be back...

The take away lesson for me was that I need to stop thinking I know what I'm going to find. I didn't have time to go far, and almost didn't go, but decided to go so at least I did something. I'm glad I didn't stay inside. Beautiful weather and sights, good family fun.

i hope this is not to political, and will understand if a mod delets this thread, but hope we can talk about this. i keep seeing storys of bullying on the news, and even tonight on the news they even blamed the economy for the increased bullying. what is going on with this generation? when we were kids bullying was not tolorated, and bullys got dealt with. not so much by the teachers as by us when we were kids. if some one started picking on you, all you had to do was fight back. even if you lost the bully would still leave you alown casue he knew you would put up a fight, and if you won he would generaly stop bullying anyone cause everyone now knew that he could be beat. now kids get in more trouble for defending themselfs than the bully dose for beeing the bully in the first place. i know this first hand. my son got in trouble last year for beating the snot out of a bully who hit him first. (he was in first grade at the time, the bully was in 3rd). and they wonder why there are more bullys in our day. what are your thoughts?

They will stay at 210 or below for the most part but there are the times that it will rise above then fall back down to 210 or just below in the next couple minutes. I am used to it staying below 210. Seems to happen around town and on the way home from work where I go up hill for a bit on the high way but it has not been to the oh crap point yet. Any ideas as I do have a 2000 mile drive home in 2 weeks.
